Gas Pedal To The Floor No Power

I prees my gas pedal down on the floor and there is hardly any power no powwer in any gears.

No cel checked obd2 and no trouble codes. After that i hit the gas pedal and i get the slightest of revs barely noticeable. If much lower replace the fuel pump. Clean your throttle body at the butterfly with throttle cleaner but before doing that put a fuel system cleaner in your fuel tank.

If you can t see it very well you may need to pull the whole airbox. 92 nissan sentra 5 speed 4 cyl. It looks very much like a tire valve with a screw on cap. Fail codes will sometimes be present and sometimes not.

The fuel pump ignition fuel injectors and the computer that fires them are all powered by the electrical system. Runs great in the cold for about 2 mins then when it warms up it acts up. Rough idle and occasionally stalls because of it. If they can t get enough power then the engine isn t going to operate correctly.

But since i got home late there was no space. With the machine off pull the air filter and shine a light in there and have someone else work the gas pedal. Try to see if the butterfly is fully opening and closing. I ve replaced the fuel filter spark plugs and wires head gasket and ran fuel injector.

The fail codes i have gotten are p0236 turbo sensor and code p0237 turbo circuit a low. Parked in the open. In fact it lags and sputters. Why when i push my gas pedal down to the floor my car harshly hesitates and gets no extra power.

If it still has problems rent a fuel pressure gauge and read the engine running pressure at the test port which is located on the fuel rail that is mounted just over the injectors. The car started fine drove fine until i was almost out of my apts and the gas pedal went all the way to the floor and it felt like i wasn t getting.
